Acne Internship within the PR-department
Acne is a growth company managed from a head office in Stockholm, where about 70 people work. Beside the headquarter, Acne currently has offices in Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo, London and Munich.
Acne is no looking for dedicated intern with a passion for fashion. You should be able to commit at least 3 months to working at Acne.
Please observe that internships are non-paid. However, for the successful candidate it could lead to additional work within the company in the future.
As an Intern within the PR department your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
-Support the country mangers with send outs – such as look books, image books, envelops etc.
-Make sure that all journalists as well as our own offices get photos in time.
-Have an overall control over the FTP and V-server
-Scan all interesting press clips, place them under the server and make sure that we have an updated press folder at all time.
-Make sure that all major shipments with press/communication related products are being shipped and divided between the different offices.
-Make sure that we update the editorials and social pictures on the webpage.
-Support the PR department with all things that comes up during the daily work, such as handling press cards and gifting.
-Support the PR Manager with all international press- and communication related issues.
You need to have good skills in Excel, Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus.
Very good knowledge of the English language is a requirement
