We currently have a vacancy for a International Recruiter in our HR Shared Service Centre based in Vasteras.

We are changing the way HR contributes to the business. With the implementation of Shared Services Centres delivering Human Resources Services to a wide network of HR Business Partners, we are looking for an international recruiter who will conduct staffing assignments for all kind of roles in the Nordic, Eastern Europe and UK Region. The International Recruiter will deliver sophisticated recruitment service provisions to the business divisions; innovation and intellectual curiosity coupled with a strong commercial focus are essential.

The International recruiter will act as the single point of contact for HR Business Partners managing the end to end process of the assignment (needs clarification, sourcing strategy development) to the hiring of the selected candidate (offer signature & induction); implement sourcing strategy and conduct sourcing activities in collaboration with internal and / or external resources; due to the international dimension of the territory the role holder will actively participate in designing the most efficient routes to market coupled with inputs to effective media messaging to our target markets.

There is a clear framework of KPIs that the team are focused and geared towards; the staffing system is called TALEO which all assignments are driven through that enable accurate and easy data reporting to be lifted from

Candidate Requirements:

A University level degree, or equivalent, are desirable; a blend of consultancy and in-house recruitment exposure would be helpful but not essential – this could be your first professional role post university. Working within a shared service organisation would be an advantage.

Fluency in Swedish and English are essential; expertise in recruiting at an international level would be helpful and specific knowledge of the Swedish recruitment market (professional level or above) is highly desirable.
