Internship Bain Nordic

Bain & Company Nordic offers internships to highly motivated undergraduates with a keen business sense and strong interpersonal skills. Ideally the candidates are in the penultimate year of their studies.

Our internship program is typically an 8 to 10-week paid program. The internship is offered throughout the year. The exact period will be decided upon together with the candidate. Summer interns usually start in May / June and work through August with a (non-paid) break in July.

What does an Associate Consultant Intern do at Bain & Company?

You will work on cases alongside members of the full-time consulting staff and are expected and encouraged to fulfill the same expectations.

Depending on the case to which you have been assigned, you will carry out a range of tasks including data analysis, solution brainstorming, field interviewing, presentation crafting and delivery. That work can include:

  • Performing analysis as required by the case team: designing financial models, analyzing financial statements, synthesizing results and drawing conclusions from market reports and other secondary resources
  • Conducting interviews of customers, competitors, and/or industry experts to get insight in competition and industry dynamics
  • Presenting findings to other members of case team
