Vitalight is a Sub category in the Consumer Lifestyle Sector of Philips. Philips Vitalight develops and markets Wake Up light, Energy Light, Infracare and tanning products for the global market whilst taking into consideration the local habits and practices. Consumer marketing management is located at the divisional headquarters in Amsterdam and cooperates with development and supply centers in The Netherlands (Drachten), and China (Hong Kong) as well as with various global clusters and with key Sales Organizations (SOs).

Your Responsibilities:
# You will help in driving activities related to the definition, development and introduction of the Vitalight on-line proposition.

# You support the integration of in depth market-, consumer- and competitive analyses into winning claim and visualization on the Philips.com portal. This happens in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.

# You will also have to drive the creation of the professional communication in collaboration with legal. Marketing and research.

# To succeed in his project, you will have to closely work with the on-line central team and will have to drive the development of communication content in collaboration with external Agency.

# Goal is to have the website finalized and released for August and have a communication toolkit ready for end of August for IFA.

# To manage the development process you will be a member of a project team and interact with different disciplines. Being a good team player is therefore a must, next to the fact that you will be working together with people from different cultures located in various locations. You will report to the Consumer Marketing Director.

Deliverables
• What are the deliverables and performance expectations for this Internship? :
o Communication tool kit ready for August 15th
o On-line professional website released by end of August
o Consumer Website release by end of July

• What is the goal of this Internship? : Develop on-line communication and finalize professional communication tool kit

Skills Required:
# You are a Bachelor/Master university student with one or more qualifications: Business Administration, Economics, Communications (Marcom), Marketing

To be successful in this internship:
# You need to have an entrepreneurial attitude and show commercial and interpersonal skills.

# You combine a strong market- and consumer drive with product and industrial affinity and creativity.

# You are an excellent communicator.

# Because of the on-line communication focus, you need to have experience or interest into marcom related activities.

# You do have good planning and organization skills and are able to balance strategic thinking with a “hands on” approach.
